Pros
- Great work-life balance. Time off is never withheld, and lots of flexibility in my day for anything I need. (doctor appointments, car trouble, etc.)
- The people I work with are awesome. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind.
- The work itself is not overly complex nor is it overly stressful. That doesn't mean I never get stressed at work, but compared to other jobs I've had, I'm not so stressed that I get burnt out.
- Decent benefits that include use of the platform itself.
Generally, my time at Nectar has been pretty pleasant. I haven't had any issues with my managers or teammates, and communication across the team is really good.
Cons
Considering that I've had a good experience with Nectar, I don't have a lot of cons to bring up. Honestly, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of diversity. There aren't a lot of women or people of different ethnicities around the office.
