      Co-workers were mostly cool, and the in store experience wasn't bad.

      Cons

      Management is lacking - they don't really manage so much as just discipline and/or retaliate when upward feedback is given. They also pick and choose who certain policies apply to regarding attendance or employee interactions.

      Pros

      Goody bags, nice regulars, and some good coworkers

      Cons

      Managements cuts corners, makes guards scan invalid ID's, understaffs shifts to save money, micromanages and watches employees like a hawk, will drop you with no warning, does not care about the safety of their staff, the insurance and benefits are not good. Normal shop toxicity and drama. Do not work here unless you absolutely have to.
