Pros
Friendly team, fast interview process, very supportive and enthusiastic people for your work and extra curricular activities and hobbies. You'll get your freedom of design thinking and discussions regarding anything. You'll get support for all the subscription you ever want for the work very quickly and the response time is really good when you're working on something.. Very accessible CEO, it's really a lovely place to work mainly because of no Micromanagement and flexibility in work hours.
Cons
Sometimes it gets kinda no sense when your "Priority project" keeps getting intervened by another "Priority project" but shifting the deadline will be considered as delayed work, which is kind of not so practical. You'll be sometime judged for work that you do which you were not even hired for. Impractical expectations and lack of planning of project which is a nightmare when it comes to videos and stuff. They need to improve their understanding of designing field and the work. There's freedom of design but it does come with freedom of time which you won't get which is contradictory. So ya i wish i could've produced better work if creative work was not considered in the same scale measure as analytical works.
