Pros
Benefits are okay / standard as far as pay, etc. Schedule is *flexible. Open / collaborative workspaces (have to be okay with open / shared workspaces). Seemed to be growing.
Cons
Flexible is starred above, it's a big selling point on getting you in, however once you've been there a bit, the flexibility goes away and its very much based on 'face-time'. If you're not making a scene you're not doing as much as everyone else. There's also a big emphasis on digging in and making your mark, etc, etc. The only problem, is this all falls down once you realize there's top talent and *TOP* talent (the cool kids club). If you're not in the cool kids club you're relegated to whatever scraps the others aren't working on. There was also the strange experience in the all-employee meetings. There was always this strange part at the end when each employee would 'voluntarily' take a turn and make a 1-2 minute speech on why they were so excited to work there and how big they saw the future for the company.
