      Harsh leadership, unrealistic expectations, unmanageable workload, told to speak up for help but no real help given. Leaders with unrealistic workloads leave them unable to teach, guidance given by leadership not always accurate or is differing from other leadership. Mentally taxing.

      Wonderful leadership and culture at the company. Very fun environment. Flexible but everyone knows to make sure things get done. Great department leads and support.

      Sometimes workload can be a lot but that’s any job. It end and flows.
