Not much communication from management; poor tools provided; must be comfortable working on your own; clients can be demanding and unrealistic; if a client gets upset - management seems to take their side; NO benefits; pay seems decent but actually is quite low; most of the work is physically demanding; marketing is done by one person thus many rookie mistakes are made.
