The SEO director is a text book red flag. She's got an "if you're not with me, you're against me" style of leadership. Consistently cuts people off in the middle of sentences if they disagree with her or if she doesn't like what they're saying. There's no true leadership in the company as whole either. We were asked to fill out a company survey, and in the monthly meeting the CMO said, "The survey is for us to learn what we can improve on not for you all to complain about your work".
I've also heard several people say that leadership is nothing more than a "boys club". Everyone steps over everyone to satisfy their ego. And some of the men in leadership have made really questionable comments with regard to working with women. But hey I guess this is what you get at a Texas based company.
