Pros

The People Ops team is carrying this company on their backs. They were a great team to communicate with and tried really hard to build culture.

Cons

- Lack of genuine mentorship. - Lack of proper training. You’ll spend most of your days Googling everything until you eventually get it right. - Very unorganized. Everything is via email or chat. You’d think a company this size would utilize a task software, but they don’t. You’re left keeping track of your notes and tasks on a random notepad. - Felt like my work never mattered. - Felt like I was in a hostile environment. I was so afraid to ask any questions because they would always make me feel unwanted for asking. - Upper management will not take accountability or apologize after they give you the wrong information and you call them out for it. They were rude and controlling if you didn’t use the exact words they wanted you to use. When multiple employees are quitting in a short amount of time under the same person because of a hostile environment, it might be a good idea to reevaluate.

Smart team that does good work. Managers try to emphasize a healthy work life balance

Cons

A lot of the team is remote so you can feel a bit fragmented and on an island at times
