Lack of Job security , consistency, and stability, no benefits, stressful in terms of working here, it can be overwhelming, due to being heavily micromanaged yet, undermined, devalued and underpaid, and overworked. Lack of structure/ organization and lack of leadership accountability - which results in unnecessary blame or even being gaslit* . Lack of Job encouragement or support, or appreciation which can alter enjoying the livelihood from working. Also, Lots of worker turnover and dissatisfied overhead projecting issues. Lack of transparency and clarity regarding responsibilities, which creates never attained or short-lived accomplishments. No perks.
