Pros

You can gain some valuable experience as a junior consultant, with diverse projects from government related to private organizations.

Cons

1. There's hardly any system, and even though the management is well aware of this, they have no desire to change. 2. When project is in session, you work crazy amount of hours, but the salary is not even that high. 3. The company hires one of the smartest in the nation, but salary doesn't match up and 4. The reputation for the company is practically down the drain with some scandles regarding a celebrity 5. Some still regard the company as the best local consulting firm, but to dismay I bet it won't be too long before they erase their name out of the field completely. 6. Basically, there's no reason to work except you set your heart on consulting and NONE of the consulting companies are accepting you, start your career here, build up some resume and move on as soon as you can.

Pros

Immediately started working on the project with consultants and a partner. Working environment is very liberal and there is no strict dress code to work, so I could wear comfortable clothes while working for a long time.

Cons

Worked too much. I could not have time to enjoy my life outside of work. I usually had to wait until my co-workers or seniors finished their work even though my work had been done a long time ago.

Pros

High volume of quality projects due to its market offering to clients, faster and cheaper. Good, smart people and liberal environment when not on location. No choice but to hit the ground running, involved immediately in project process.

Cons

No time off, long nights and weekends.
