Pros
Great exposure to some well-known brands and various professionals at different positions and levels. Should translate into a very good hands on experience at a fast paced very demanding environment May get to travel if they think you are worth the investment or if your clients are based someplace else
Cons
Minimum benefits such as health insurance and few days of a year There seems to be a bonus payment which may be canceled due to 'economic' circumstances No salary annual raise (but a performance review religiously practiced) Very unhealthy work environment. No conversations allowed, if you insist you'll get the looks from everyone... No more than 15-30 min lunch that is if you manage to leave your desk to do so Trying to get time of through approval is seen almost like a personal offense to senior management, you are lucky to get it approved so don't expect them to talk nicely to you after that Very long working hours Little training where you are promised a training period would take place to prepare you for the job NO room for advancement
