Pros
Product was amazing, factories great, Sustainability is coming along, with some brilliant offering that, initially set them apart. Quickly other suppliers are able to offer the same or similar and Neo is at risk of losing its edge again. Needs to move faster and simplify things
Cons
Overall prices were always tricky to negotiate with customers - the market has moved on a long way and I feel Neo was stuck thinking it was still the early 2000s. All the things that made it unique and pioneering 15 years ago haven’t moved on enough and the rest of suppliers have caught up and overshadow Neo in terms of R&D.
