      Who ever are choosing this organization, first of all there's no genuine reviews here, all the reviews here and google are paid reviews, This organization hires people and makes them to do the work, if we give any kind of feedback on the process, they will keep it in mind and just 1 day before they will stop the salary and asking us to work for free of cost.. Who ever genuinely wants to choose to work for this organization - Please re-think and stay from this fraudulent organization - Now i am in process to approach the organization legally with the help of labor commissioner to get my pending 40 days salary..

      There are no pros as such apart from wfh

      You will be asked to work after working hours, They hold salary of staff unethically and asked employees to leave without allowing them to serve notice period. They have delayed gratuity of employees as well. I served my mutually agreed notice period of 2.5 months. The company HR told me that they won't pay me leave encashment as I did not serve 3 months' notice period. I left the company 6 months ago and the company still haven't paid my gratuity amount yet. First, I was told the company don't have enough funds to pay me. Now they want me to work few more days for free. Even after working for 13 years in this company they are not ready to pay, not sure what will happen if anyone works for few years and leave the organisation
