Pros

I love it here. Colleagues are collaborative, kind, freaky smart, and driven by a greater ambition for the category and the company (vs themselves). Culture is transparent (sometimes too much so), earnest, performance driven, delightfully nerdy. The culture is also changing, and change is never easy - yet I see it happening with an understanding that what makes a company successful at one phase of growth and scale will not always be what will make it successful in the next phase. There is a thoughtfulness, clarity, and humanity that I see from Leadership in evolving the company in the right ways, and for the right reasons. It's also because our Founder CEO has made this technology and this company his life's passion. Doing it right matters. Building something that is bigger than ourselves matters. I truly feel that here.

Cons

I wish there were more systems and processes already in place so we could be more efficient. IT support is great but could use more bodies. Companies that are building/scaling at the next level will never be as easy as those where it's about maintenance or incrementals, so not for everyone.
