      Pros

      Good work life balance, compensation is okay. Some genuinely very good people

      Cons

      Be prepared for management who plays favorites. Seniority means nothing and if management likes you you can get away with whatever you want while if they don't you will be on the short list for termination. Lots of gossip, very toxic. Very hard to move up, if they don't like you some people will sabotage career opportunities. Be prepared for very low raises and only 1% 401K match as well.

      Pros

      It is satisfying to see the projects I work on translate into products used by hospitals all over the world. Employees that do a good job are given additional responsibilities and promoted. Overall, it's a very nice place to work. I'd like to work here until I retire.

      Some employees could be more committed.
