Pros

I have worked at Neo Group's advisory arm for 2 years now. At Neo, you get an opportunity to work on ,many diversified projects leading to learning and growth. Neo is a leader in Globalization advisory and its clients are all Fortune 100 companies and these area great names to have on the resume. The company's leaders are very transparent about company's plans and growth trajectory. Employees' views and opinions are respected. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

Since many employees work remotely and having a global clientele, sometimes meetings/ calls happen outside the regular work timings. If you are okay with that, then you will love the place.

Pros

Neo has the energy of a startup that looks for innovative ways to work, develop new ideas and demands their team members to think differently and have a point of view. Neo thrives on a very informal and flat hierarchy which encourages team members to be able to reach out to anybody to learn and grow. The senior executives as well as the CEO are easily accessible to even the most junior team member to discuss ideas or seek help. Neo is a well acknowledged thought leader in the globalization space, and its niche offerings have helped bring success to a long list of Fortune 500 clients. So we have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest clients in the world, and our work impacts their growth and success.

Cons

As a global organization, we we work with team members in different time zones and are often required to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule. More HR initiatives are required for remote team members to better collaborate and engage with their geographically dispersed team members
