Pros
The Boston office has snacks, but it also has fake windows (literally), but also it has snacks.
Cons
The management structure is an inverse triangle, managers point fingers while asking for job training at the same time. Managers are constantly scared of revolving CEOs trying to flip the company for sale. It is very common that you will break your back just to have your manager take credit for everything you've done. Integrity and honesty are not encouraged, with your managers or clients. Expect to work unlimited hours on a global schedule. Severe lack of quality resources so you are expected to fill the gap. Periodically, due to a lack of sales/customers, you will have absolutely nothing to do or assigned busy work just to fill time. This is extremely monotonous and one of the most unrewarding positions to be in. The product has bugs and there is very little structure to projects if any. Very seldom do you meet a happy customer, more than not you are receiving someone else's headache. Pay is extremely low, no such thing as annual raises and performance reviews are manipulated leave a mediocre paper trail, even if you are excelling. You may receive a bonus in the form of snacks or working from home for such things as several years of good performance, or leaving a positive review on sites like this. People are either waiting out their retirement or jumping at the first option to leave for something better, I don’t know a single employee that is happy to be there. That said, you do get to go to an office without windows so that may be a plus for some!
