Nothing good about NEOS. They have a new CEO. Mark Tengler is no longer the CEO. The new CEO is never in the office. Career seeker, before you join NEOS, contact a previous employee through social media for the truth about everything there is to know about NEOS. It will save you time and pain. They deserve a score lower than a one star rating.
Cons
I would not recommend anyone to work NEOS. It's a revolving door with the employees leaving NEOS. The professional and good employee leave after 2 or 3 years. The qualified are not welcome in a place like NEOS. And the people that stay at NEOS are stuck. The VPs. HR and Directors manage the business by using the good old boy system. They all drink and party together while making 500, 000 a year, plus bonuses. They hire mid-managers and supervisors to be robots. They are not allowed to perform or make decisions.
