Processes have really improved over the last few years. Things flow much smoother, and internal communication is prevalent and consistent. Things are moving in a very promising direction.

Some of the benefits offered aren't that competitive. Opportunity for growth is minimal - in my department, anyway. And compensation is on the low end of the average salary range.

Good management staff. Supervisors care about the associates and are always doing things like luncheons and events for them. They listen to the people and work with them as much as they can. If you come to work and do your job, you won't have any problems

Old building, not climate controlled. It gets very hot in summer. Small workforce so not that many chances for advancement.
