Thank you for your review. Our CEO and Founder has built numerous companies that have grown into the hundreds of millions of dollars, employing and supporting the livelihoods of over 1000 individuals and their families along the way. While we don't invest in formal market research, our leadership team has decades of real-life business experience within our current industry to identify opportunities in the marketplace and tap into our vast industry network to validate and test our intuitions. The throwing darts analogy is one that we have practiced for years to test, iterate, adapt until we find the magic combination of solutions to best serve our customers. It's not a haphazard approach or a substitute for a formal business strategy. We celebrate trying new things vs the trap of analysis paralysis. Our employees and teams aren’t afraid to experiment. It's too bad that it was taken out of context. While we aim for every employee to have a positive experience in our organization, every so often an employee comes along who doesn't meet activity goals or fit our "can do" culture and we are forced to part ways.
