Nespresso really is a “great place to work.” Our people as you mention, yourself included, are what make Nespresso great. I’m so glad you also mention sustainability – something at the heart of our business – and our recent B Corp certification recognizes that in a huge way! Our business is strong and our opportunity for “growth” as a market is even stronger. To your point on our systems, we are constantly working to improve our technology across our global network, including our POS system and I have no doubt that together, with laser focus in this area, we will strengthen and “simplify” the business even more.
