Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thorough review. We take great pride in our compensation and benefits package which includes perks, as you said, like free coffee and machines. To your point on our systems, we are constantly working to improve our technology across the company, including our POS system, and always welcome feedback and ideas on how we can improve. In regard to training and communication, there is always value in continually training and developing our people. At Nespresso, we offer an abundance of trainings and re-trainings including product, sales, systems and development. I value your feedback, and I hope you will take the opportunity to continue to engage with us directly. We offer several forums for listening and sharing, and together, we will work to address these points as a team.
