Pros
I have worked only in one project in Ness Bangalore. 1. My manager. He never says NO to any of your request. You are lucky if you are going to join him :) Bt you never know that. 2. Work life balance - PERFECT!!! No issue about it. 3. Learning : It all depends on you actually. 4. Evening snacks - I hardly had them any day. It is just to keep employees in office after 05:30 PM 5. On call Allowance - They pay you, whenever you have worked extra.
Cons
1. Your job is in risk, if you are working here. 2. Very less project. If you not Java developer/manual tester, always keep an offer in hand while working in Ness. 3. HR - May be I was unlucky to have the frustrated lady HR for our project. My manager was PERFECT and one the BEST human I have ever met, at the same time, lady HR was WORST. 4. The moment your project finishes, you will not be given more than 2 weeks. They will throw you out. May give you some compensation.
