Pros

Provides lot of opportunities to upskill our learning, getting certifications, have process to achieve on higher education, decent hikes and has wide range of Projects. Benefits working at ness - we can opt for advance salary and loans, Insurance premium is little higher but it covers existing illness and 0% co-pay, we can nominate teammates and ourselves for awards like spot awards, quarterly awards, annual awards. We are appreciated on social platform. Supportive team members, easily approachable managers. Flexible goal settings which values each and every work what we do. Flexible to work in our own time, during emergency we can opt for Work from home, can take leaves when required, supportive team mates. Return to office is not mandate and provided voluntary option which is great. Senior Management / Management, and Career advancement opportunities - Managers pushes everyone in getting new learnings, certifications, have learning portals My Learning Studio, also will have 1 on 1 regarding the blockers and supports in every events organized. Provides opportunities to move/switch across teams or even across countries. In many discussions management has brought up asking for applying to the positions available across globe. Opportunity to work on wide range of platforms, DevOps, web applications, full stack projects. We have project demos from different EDC's which shares what technologies used and how clients get benefited. We have events organized like HackedIN to showcase our ideas as part of Hackathon, many participate and exchange a lot of innovative thoughts across teams. As part of techtribe - employee gives knowledge share on any topic known, which is a great platform to showcase ourselves in organization level and also gets goodies. HR's organized sessions with external trainers on managing health, work from home tips, manage stress, covid depression, events organized for engage senior citizens and so on. Pros

No that I can think of

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
