This is a very important product space where innovation can really shine and make people's homes and home lives actually better. Most of the ideas Nest has put in the product and those being considered for the future are very solid and set the bar very high
Cons
The driving focus of the company is to deliver products and features that are aligned with it's ambitions for market penetration and expansion but are completely misaligned with it's engineering resource development, management and the realities of what it takes to built products in these categories that users can trust
