      Great learning ground. Nice seniors willing to guide.

      Cons

      Long working hours from 8am-8pm on average Manager is toxic, not willing to teach new joiners but micro-manage, and contradict with own statement, which results in high turnover

      Money is great. Coworkers are great.

      Management is petty and two faced. Training is a joke and they hold you to impossible standards.
