Pros
You get to work on large projects with decent budgets. There's clearly good leadership and people who want to see you succeed - up at the top. There's a decent flex-fit policy allowing you to work where ever you feel most productive. It's growing and positioned for success.
Cons
Behavior on my team is ethically and professionally questionable. I found my team competitive, clicky and gossipy. People say they're collaborative, but they are not actually collaborative. Each team member is so concerned about getting a promotion, they are willing to "look fast and productive" to senior leadership at your expense. On-boarding is lacking and confusing, I expected much more from an organization like Nestle. Not a place that's truly interested in setting you up for success. Lastly, working late hours and weekends is the norm.
