Enjoyed my time at the agency and was able to use what I learned to return to the corporate world as a VP of Marketing where I continue to use their services.
Cons
Working at an agency can be difficult because many clients struggle with how to properly manage their agency relationships. They feel entitled to set unrealistic expectations that can be hard for agency employees.
