The office is ok, and I worked with some great people. Although they have now all left either due to redundancy or escaping to new jobs.
Cons
Where to start..... The main problem with this company (and it's a big problem that's not going anywhere) is the husband and wife "leadership" team. They have no experience of the real world and constantly blame the failings of the business on the people they employ. They regularly get rid of people, not realising that there's been one common denominator over all those years... themselves. Staff turnover is around 50% each year, and yet they still blame everyone else. They are unprofessional, frequently having domestics in the office in front of people, and in one case during my appraisal.
Customers are treated badly due to the greed of the owners. Employees are treated like children.
As many of the other reviews have stated, new ideas of how to make improvements to the way the business is run are dismissed so as not to damage the MD's ego. If new ideas were welcomed from the very experienced and talented employees, then the business wouldn't be in the state it's in. You can't continue running a failing business, without input and help from the people you employ. There's a reason the MD has been the director of 24 dissolved businesses!
Please DO NOT accept a job at Net Support UK or any other business run by Giles Phelps. You'll regret it as dozens have done so before.
