Pros
They have a decent product and certain people at the company are really great people with good insight in this industry.
Cons
The recently changed the CEO and he is clueless as to what is actually going on. The sales management is full of lying fraudulent people. They will only promote you based of politics not performance and they will not give you the tools you need to succeed. They have everything structured very poorly and will set you up for failure but lie and tell you there is opportunity and it is equal. They have over grown the company using investment money but are not actually selling more accounts they are just selling add on features that do not always work. Somewhere down the line they will have to make layoffs. They lack insight and innovation. The family who started the company and the old CEO should be brought back on board to set things straight again. The whole sales management is a complete disaster.
