The culture is ... messy. It seems that actions are not thought through and cause lots of pain for customers and employees. It is as though the c-suite makes decisions and tell people to do something, but the parties involved are not engaged to help think through the consequences. Also, there is a lot of churn. Nearly two thirds of the company have been with them for less than two years.
