      Studios are making promising games. Quality talent on the studio side

      Cons

      Bureaucracy is impossible to navigate. Corporate based in China does not understand how things work in other countries and very little effort is made to understand.

      Good benefits, remote work, overall good colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor leadership with a lack of clear vision for US expansion. Lead to an overall lack of influence we could have on the business and very Chinese centric.
