No leadership Unorganized Leaders do not show leadership skills but get frustrated/flustered rather easily

Job can be fairly relaxed, and the coworkers are all great and friendly

Leadership is a joke. Supervisor is overworked, and means well, but is held back by upper management. He is trying to make the work environment better but upper management ruins all progress. Owner comes in maybe once or twice a year, and is only concerned with adding more clients and making more money. Zero communication from upper management, and rest of the team left in the dark, and struggling to cover up for owner.
