Good company to work for - Software Engineer NetLander Employee Review

Friendly stress free environment. I work from home as a programmer on a couple of side project and you basically make your own hours. The work is result driven so they don't really care how many hours you've put it as long as you have completed the tasks that were assigned.

Hours- since working I've only been averaging between 10-20 hours a week. This is okay with me since I'm a student but might be something to think about.

- Small company equals alot of personal attention from owner - Company cares about their people - Allowance to do your job without management overhead or interference

- Company pay / benefits is at the mercy of the supporting contracts, if the contract is good life is good, if the contract leaves something to be desired it may not be as great.
