      Pros

      One of the better things in this company is the work/life balance. You don't work on weekends as well as on most of the state and religious holidays and you have a solid amount of vacation days. Some other minor things worth noting would be: the work load and deadline pressure that are put on the employees were at least until now kept within limits and the environment is mostly friendly.

      Cons

      Compensations is one of the lowest in the industry, career opportunities are small to non existing, there is a lot of micromanaging and as somebody already said, some rules apply only to certain people.

      Pros

      I really liked working for them, the work environment is great, nice colegues, great team spirit, good quality of work, some degrere of flexibility with working hours. I recommend to those who are at the beginning of their career.

      Cons

      You do not get your work merits in terms of financial, but you receive feedback and gratitude every time you do something beyond expectations.
