Pros

8hr day with paid 1 hr lunch decent benefit package 99% of staff are great people management always willing to sit and talk with you if requested

rarely took lunch, could have if i wanted to be out past 4pm (salary 8am-4pm) expected to be on call EVERY OTHER WEEKEND for less $ than a week day, even if you book a weeks vacation your still expected to cover on call. most places, taking Mon -Fri off gets you nine days off. here it gets you 7. They Schedule stupid un required repairs in Feb. usually at heights above 80ft or more. 65-75 % of the time they do not schedule enough time to complete large jobs which usually results in techs skipping lunch and staying late.
