      Flexable hours and shifts as well good pay

      Cons

      They have a very uncomfortable way to review when youre supposed to work. Must be at desktop and open their call system to view schedule

      Can get overwhelming since this is a BPO and you may work for several companies at once.

      Monday - Friday no weekends

      Cons

      Same boring job over and over. They have one person who trains and if you dont get it. You are left to figure it out for yourself. No room for advancements.
