Transparency as a buzzword - Developer Netguru Employee Review

- lack of transparency - they say they're transparent but that means nothing; most of things happen actually behind everybody's back and team is informed about the change (that actually affects them a lot) without any consultation or feedback - as above feedback culture does not work - unhealthy relations between top management and developers team - strange and not really clear rules when someone's promoted or fired - as for a typical outsourcing company, most of projects we were having were ones that I'd never wanted to work on again
