Pros

- supportive environment: even in projects where you are the only consultant you are supplied with coaches and are always invited to reach out for help - great feedback culture: twice a year there is a big reflection circle with 360 feedback from other NLer and people from the project - inclusiveness & diversity: share of women & other non cis-men is above average compared to other tech companies

Cons

- work life balance: as a consultant you are sold for 40 hours per week to a client, however there is an expectation to be involved in events and organisations at NL as well, this can be a challenge to balance - divergent experiences: the individual experience of Netlight will vary greatly depending on office, mentor and project summary: a great place to see a different approach to company culture and the possibility to see and try different technologies in different industries in a short time. There is a challenge to keep a healthy work-life balance and your experience at Netlight will vary greatly depending on office, mentor and project.

Pros

Great people, genuine care for each other and our clients. Focus on individual growth without being self-centered or selfish about it. Fun to work with.

Cons

The culture is not for everyone. It is heavily a network organization where you are expected to get to know people, learn from them and ultimately contribute to the success of others. Some activities to do on top of the client work.

Cons

Salaries/benefits on mid senior levels Levelling and expectations can be more clear on junior levels Brand not as strong as the big names
