Relax working hours. No push from supervisors or managers. Friendly environment at office.
Cons
Really slow decision making from managers for job related or staff related topics. Doing almost everything even if it is not your responsibility. You need to wait approves from HQ for any small decision. Bad system and organisation. Don't have almost any benefit, besides meal tickets.
