Good environment, good working environment, good offices.

Cons

Old technologies in use. Ancient legacy stack which code quality is worse the horrible (Methods with thousands of lines, with signatures in three languages...)

Engineers spread thin and have to work on different areas of product which is sometimes great and sometimes inefficient
