In May, the company instituted a new commission policy regarding overdue accounts an AR. Even though all the case law on the subject does not allow retroactive rule changes for AR collections and commissions being taken away, Netrix implemented a new policy that takes away commissions, the bread and butter of all sales for accounts with overdue AR status, regardless of the reason. This policy has destroyed the moral of many of the sales force and should be challenged in court at some point.
