The poor treatment of engineers and customers continues to disregard honesty and integrity. Engineers who drive innovation and progress are undervalued and marginalized. Customer interactions are continuously tarnished by broken promises and a lack of transparency, eroding trust and credibility. Netrix/Netrix Global continues to noticeably lack focus on technology and innovation, further hindering its ability to stay competitive. The current state of Netrix/Netrix Global can be attributed to its leadership, which comprises individuals who have contributed to its downfall. Working for Netrix/Netrix Global was the worst mistake in my career. The time spent there was a period lost that I can never regain. It's disheartening to reflect on the missed opportunities for growth and development during my tenure."
