A company in real need of direction - Anonymous employee Netrush Employee Review

This company can't seem to decide what direction it wants to go in. It also many fast and hasty business decisions that have bigger implications than they realize, often leading them into bad situations. Upper Management doesn't seem to have a clear, united goal or vision for the company. Tons of turn over due to lack of support, toxic environment and low pay(among many things) Very little room for growth and constant whiplash from restructuring, new success measurement and even complete overhauls of upper management.
