Pros

Worked for more than a year :- 1. Flexible timings no one tracked how much hours you worked (till the time I left). 2. Nice cafeteria (Free Food, Nice pantry - biscuits, hot drinks, juices, snacks) 3. You get to code a lot.

Cons

1. Not a start-up :- It's no more a start-up, everything is already built. So, however is telling it's niche tech you'll be working on or you'll be building something, is lying. Only maintenance is going on, no new products except very few which is constrained to very senior employees. 2. HR - They need to hire more engineers rather than HRs, Netskope is kinda product based company so they need to maintain that culture. 3. Pay - Netskope doesn't pay in India. Base salary is too less as compared to market standards & they include stocks in CTC, however big things regarding stocks they tell, the company isn't public & it's not going IPO for next 3-4 years, as they are going for another round of funding again. 4. Attrition Rate - Attrition rate is very high in last 6 months, good & experienced people are leaving (across all profiles right from MTS-1 till Staff engineers), then there must be some reason why so much people are leaving. Very few people stay for more than 2 years, usually people leave in 1 - 2 years of completion. 5. Too much work that's why you'll get to code. Main focus is on Introspection team, as this team generates revenue, rest all the team they are just dragging. They need to focus on other teams too.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
