Pros

The executive team is highly engaged and approachable. Even as the company scales, they are able to move between leading toward a solid plan, whilst remaining flexible to adapt to a rapidly growing and changing cyber security market. The energy of the company is also a force to be reckoned with, and its refreshing to come into the office and be greeted by others who are equally as driven and passionate about what they are doing. It’s a fun and positive environment to be in, but equally, everyone is motivated to contribute to the success of the organization, which gives confidence that it will continue on the high grow trajectory that it’s already on. There is also a high degree of flexibility and taking care of employees. The company expects a high caliber of work and in return, offers a great benefits and a good work/life balance to enjoy family life outside of the office.

Cons

In a high growth company, process and procedure are being built out real-time. This isn’t a con per say, but working here means that you need to be a part of the solution when seeing a challenge. I personally, love this because it enables pride and ownership in my role, and the management team listens to and implements great ideas...but this is a company that’s perfect for self-starters. On the flip side, it might be a bad fit for someone who is either more rigid or inflexible, or someone who will sit and wait to be told what to do, rather than jumping in.

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
