Pros

Many startups have a bold vision, but few end up successfully executing that vision and building a high-growth, disruptive company, which requires: - a large market opportunity - great culture and team starting with the CEO (values diversity, equality, and inclusion; cares about employees' well-being; high-performance but low ego) - experienced leaders and Board members - top-tier and long-term-oriented investors - a true security cloud platform with multiple, integrated products that solve key customer pain points and needs, and - a go-to-market team to effectively reach, serve, and support customers at scale. Netskope is one of those rare companies.

Cons

If you believe in Netskope's vision and rare opportunity and want to be on that journey, then this is not a con...and building a high-growth company in a dynamic market environment (in which digital transformation requires fundamentally new approaches to security) takes hard work, and you need to bring your "A" game and continue raising the bar, while finding the work/life balance that works for you (which Netskope encourages with flexible/unlimited PTO, extra time off for quarterly "Global Wellness" days during Covid, etc.).

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
