Pros
less than a year working here and am constantly impressed by Netskope. The leadership is outstanding, their technical acumen is on point and the team they've been able to hire is top notch. It's a humble, hungry and well positioned company for great success. This is how I'd hope to build a company if I were the CEO. Culture and caring about their people is paramount, product is strong truly enables companies to securely operate in a cloud model.
Cons
Hard to call cons out, I've had quite a few jobs throughout IT ops and sales. This is by far my favorite company to work for yet. I guess it's still a job, so that's a con. We have more products to deliver and it takes time. I wished we had more engineers to turn up new feature requests and solid products quicker but good things take time.
