Senior Management: Utterly Bad. Will make your professional intolerable. Sheer lack of leadership qualities. Lack of professionalism. Lack of management. HR Policies: NO company contribution towards PF. No Leave encashment once you leave the company. Does not grant any leave during notice period. HR: Absolutely careless. BAD work culture. Whatever time you spend here is an utter waste. They treat their employees like slaves. A BIG NO to anyone who is joining. You will regret your decision big time.
