Pros

The pros do not outweigh the cons BY ANY MEANS.

Cons

They DO NOT care about their employees, in fact, if you have a disability that you mention to them prior to being hired and also tell them how it might affect your job performance, they might just keep you for a couple weeks and decide to fire you out of the blue despite being told by the manager that a coworker gave you a great performance review just because they want "better" (un-disabled) people. They might even just tell you it was "due to the current times" and then continue posting new job openings. Some of the coworkers seem to think they are better than everyone else and are completely rude. They also might just tell you to not ask too many questions even though the questions you are asking are related to your job. I honestly believe they fired me due to my disability, but since I hadn't worked there for more than a year, the VT state's attorney's office couldn't move forward with my discrimination complaint, so they got away with firing me because I was disabled. I would NOT recommend working for them.
